This luxurious property is on the 77th floor of the St Regis Residences in Chicago. This stunning unit offers 360 degree views of the entire city. Each custom piece was meticulouslydesigned for this space.

This new construction kitchen belongs to a busy family of six. We didn’t want to do another white kitchen so we grounded it with the black base cabinets and added brushed brass pulls and the largest island we could fit. It has all the bells and whistles including two dishwashers.

New construction single family home. This fireplace is the focal point when you enter from the foyer. We fell in love with this stone and knew it would have a visual impact. Next comes a stunning stairway that took lots of planning to get it right. The hidden storage is practical and doesn’t distract from the design.

The homeowner wanted a serene, quiet hotel vibe. We kept the palette light and added texture for visual interest.

This homeowner likes symmetry. We balanced the room with a variety of seating surrounding the fireplace and tv. The palette is grounded in neutrals with a touch of blue.

This is a Jack and Jack suite shared by two brothers. The palette is clean and bright. They love legos so we painted the walls of one lego blue and one lego green and unified them with matching furniture. Above the bath is a cozy loft space complete with climbing wall.
