The previous location of Houndstooth Saloon was more of a casual country bar.  For their new location, they still wanted that southern charm, but were striving for a more grown up look.  Almost as if you broke into your parents Southern estate and threw a party.  The large space is segmented into three rooms themed after ones you may find in a mansion in the South: The Parlor, The Trophy Room and The Library.
